Die Miete versteht sich als Inklusivmiete. Es fallen keine zusätzlichen Kosten an. Die Wohnung ist ebenfalls komplett ausgestattet (Spülmaschine, Waschmaschine, Kühlschrank, etc.)

Ich bin 28 Jahre alt und arbeite in Frankfurt Vollzeit als Bauphysiker. Meine meiste Zeit verbringe ich im Büro. In meiner Freizeit schaue ich sehr gerne Filme und Serien an. Außerdem jogge ich gerne und spiele regelmäßig Fußball, Roundnet (Spikeball) und Volleyball.
Mir ist gegenseitige Rücksichtnahme im Zusammenleben wichtig, zum Beispiel kein lautes Musikhören, wenn der andere schläft.
Das soziale Zusammenleben sehe ich entspannt. Es ergibt sich schon, wie es passt. Wenn wir uns gut verstehen, können wir gerne mal zusammen kochen oder einfach zusammen sitzen und reden.
