Your big, bright room spans 18sm and is illuminated by two windows. You might search vainly for a radiator since we have underfloor heating in the whole apartment. The room is half furnished with a bed, a table + chair and grandpas swing chair. If you plan to buy or move some furniture in the Offenbach / Frankfurt area I gladly support you being your driver and hand.
Together with Agape (27, Tanzania) and Alex (30, Swiss) you share two bathrooms (bathtub & shower), a huge living room, a spacious kitchen and the roofed lodge overviewing the Senefeldner courtyard. The flat is new and we established all the required tools and furniture.
The great location offers a huge rewe supermarket directly beside (2min), "Offenbach Hbf" close by (6min) and S&U Bahn "Offenbach Marktplatz" (13min) in the area.
Offenbach has a variety of highlights e.g. the farmers market on Saturdays, various restaurants and small shops as well as the lively city center only a 10 min walk away. There are some great locations for music and Offenbach is well known when it comes to urban life, culture, arts and (techno) music.
Frankfurt is well reachable by train, S&U-Bahn or bike within 20 to 30 min - we've chosen this flat because of its location; the Frankfurt city center, east and south are well available. Plenty of bike/car memberships help us to get around the city.
The apartment is a great location if you work for Sana Clinic (5min by foot) in Frankfurt Süd (4min by train), Frankfurt Sachsenhausen, Oberrad, Ostend, Fechenheim or any other company located in Offenbach (Hyundai, CapGemini, etc.).
Agape is working as elderly caretaker and switches in between early and late shifts. Alex is self-employed and working from home since Carola Corona brought us home. Thus it is no problem to make yourself at home and work from home as well.
We are working quite a bit and enjoy to balance long and busy days with good food, relaxation or sport. We are looking forward to catch up with you and cook or just hang out in the evening. This flat gives us the great opportunity to combine demanding working life with an easy environment to calm down.

Animals, extensive music making and smoking within the apartment are deal breakers for our landlord company. They require us to provide proof of income to accept you as renter - you will be included in the contract. We experienced them as fair and open partners :)
