Das Haus liegt im Herzen Offenbachs und extrem nahe an vielseitigen Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln. Der in der Region bekannte Wochenmarkt auf dem Wilhelmsplatz mit über 15 Restaurants ist direkt vor der Tür. Die offenbacher Mainpromenade, die zu Spaziergängen und gelegentlichem Sport einlädt ist in 5 Gehminuten erreicht.
Gleichzeitig ist man mit der Bahn, die in der Regel alle 5-10 Minuten kommt, innerhalb von 10 Fahrminuten und ohne Umstieg in der frankfurter Innenstadt an der Konstablerwache. Man lebt also wie in einem großen Stadtteil Frankfurts.

Die WG besteht schon seit einer Weile und ist ruhig und für Bewohner jeder Art geeignet. Die Bewohner sind momentant junge Berufstätige und Studenten aus verschiedenen Ländern, die in Frankfurt und Offenbach arbeiten.
Durch die schönen Gemeinschaftsräume ist ein entspanntes Zusammenleben garantiert, gleichzeitig, kann man sich aber auch gut in die großen Zimmer zurückziehen, um dort zu Arbeiten oder sich auszuruhen.
