Ab dem 01.10.21 wird wird ein Zimmer in unserer cozy Wohnung in Offenbach frei. Die Miete beträgt 395 Euro. Darin ist ein Schlafzimmer plus ein kleines Arbeitszimmer bzw. ein weiteres Zimmer, dass für private Zwecke genutzt werden kann, enthalten. Ansonsten gibt es ein großes Bad mit Badewanne und ein kleines Bad mit Dusche.
ENGLISH VERSION - WHOLE DESCRIPTION
We will soon have space in our cozy apartment in Offenbach. Our place is very close to the Offenbach Main Station with a direct connection to Frankfurt Main Station. To reach the city center or the S-Bahn Station Marktplatz, it takes ca. 7 minutes by foot.
The rent is 395€ all costs inclusive. For the rent you get a bedroom and an additional room you can use for work, clothes or whatever you like. The bigger room is 12 m² and the smaller is around 10 m². The apartment has one big bathroom with a bathtub and a smaller bathroom with a shower. The total area is around 90 m².
My dear flatmates Stefan and Pirmin are open-minded, easy-going and fun-loving people. Stefan is studying Sociology and Human Geography, is politically involved, enjoys kick-boxing and Instant Noodles. Pirmin also studies Sociology, likes to listen to experimental music, rides bikes and knows how to make the best Flammkuchen in all of Offenbach.
The time we shared in the apartment, we spent in sociability, cooking together and having long talks in the kitchen with a drink or two. We would be happy if we could continue this way of living! At the same time, privacy and downtime is very important to us as well. If that sounds good to you, hit us up!

Die Wohnung befindet sich direkt am Offenbacher HBF (mit direkter Anbindung zum HBF Frankfurt) und ist ca. 7 Minuten von der Innenstadt und der S-Bahn Station Marktplatz entfernt.
Meine lieben Mitbewohner Stefan und Pirmin sind offene, umgängliche und lebensfrohe Menschen, die sich über einen netten oder eine nette Mitbewohner*in freuen. Stefan studiert Soziologie und Humangeographie, ist politisch engagiert, geht Boxen und liebt Instant Noodles. Pirmin studiert ebenfalls Soziologie, hört gerne experimentelle Musik, fährt Rennrad und macht den besten Flammkuchen in ganz Offenbach. Wir haben zu dritt in der Vergangenheit ein geselliges WG-Leben miteinander verbracht, wir würden uns freuen, wenn das auch mit unserem/unserer neuen/neuem Mitbewohner*In so bleibt und wir vieles gemeinsam teilen können. Ein respektvolles und diskriminierungsfreies Miteinander ist in unserem WG-Zusammenleben eine Selbstverständlichkeit. Rassistische, sexistische oder anti-semitische Einstellungen, haben deshalb keinen Platz in unseren vier Wänden.
