The size of the room is 19m2 and it has a large window and also an entrance to a large balcony which you will be sharing with your roommate Jose. The room is separated from the hallway with another room that we currently use for storage (only a little amount so you can freely walk trough it to enter the hallway, you can also hang your laundry as there is enough room to do so). The amount of space in your room is perfect for people like me who own a bunch of clothes.
The location is perfect for workers in Frankfurt as the S-Bahn station is only a 5-7 minutes walk away from the apartment. You’ll have a few grocery shopping options near by as well (Netto, Lidl, Tegut all 4-8 minutes walk away). The Marktplatz is also just about 10 minutes away. There you’ll have a wider option on shopping. Near by there is also the Main for you to spend a nice day at (only 10-15 min away by walk).
Your roommates will be David and Jose. Both are working at the company Siemens. They are switching shifts so there will be no problem with the occupation in the bathroom. Everyone is respecting each other’s privacy and it’s usually very quiet in the apartment. Everyone is friendly and open to joke around with as well.
