Hello all,
I and my flatmate have been living together for almost a year however, he is returning back to Sweden so his room is going to be empty.
The room has a 2-window and it is 13sqm2
The whole apartment is approximately 100sqm2, it contains 3 rooms (one is for you, one for me and one for living room), kitchen (furnished), bathroom and balcony.
In the living room we have couches so far, no TV yet.
The apartment is at Bettinastrasse which is in Offenbach am Main, next to Frankfurt and the lake itself.
REWE, Pharmacy and S-Bahn is pretty close too, approximately 5-7 mins of walking you can reach all of them.
S-Bahn station is Ledermuseum
The rent is 700 Euro and bills are 70 Euro per person, so in total 770 Euro
