Hi! My name is Sara, I come from Colombia and I am looking to sublet a room in the apartment I am renting, Anmeldung possible. The apartment is located in a great area, in front of the Sana Klinikum in Offenbach and 10 min from the Offenbach Hauptbahnhof, with 15 min connections to Frankfurt Hauptbahnhof very. There is also 2 Bus stops right in front of the building with connections to Marktplatz, Neu Isenburg and more. Beside my own room and the available one, the apartment has a spacious living room, a fully equipped kitchen, a very big balcony and a shared bathroom. The room itself is cozy and well-lit, with enough space for a comfortable bed and a desk. I do have some furniture that I could lend you, should you like them (inflatable bed, desk).
Electricity, GEZ, Internet are included
As for me, I speak fluid german, english and spanish. I am a friendly and easy-going. We could enjoy spending time together, but I also respect each other's privacy and personal space. I am looking for someone who is tidy, responsible, and respectful of others.
