unsere WG besteht aus zwei Wohnungen die direkt übereinander liegen in einen Mehrfamilienhaus,
die erste Wohnung ist im 1. OG hier wohnen 3 von 7 Bewohnern, zudem haben wir eine großes Gemeinschaftszimmer mit Küche, einem Bad und einem Gäste-WC.
Die zweite Wohnung ist im 2. OG hier währe dein Zimmer, zusätzlich wohnen hier die restlichen 3 von 7 Bewohnern. In dieser Wohnung sind eine Teeküche, eine Waschmaschine, ein Trockner, ein Bad und ein Gäste-WC.
Das Zimmer ist praktisch geschnitten mit einem Fenster und einen französischen Balkon.
Das Zimmer ist schon möbliert mit:
- 140cm x 200m Bett
- Kleiderschrank
- Kommode
- Tisch + Stuhl
Natürlich kannst du auch eigene Möbel mitbringen.
Die Wohnung liegt Zentrumsnah, Bäckerei und Penney sind direkt über die Straße, ein Einkaufszentrum 100m entfernt und ein Rossmann ist auch etwa 100m entfernt.
Das Wohnhaus steht in einem Hinterhof und ist deswegen Recht ruhig gelegen.
Das WG-Leben ist recht entspannt, du kannst gerne regelmäßig in die Gemeinschaftsküche/-zimmer kommen um mit uns zu quatschen, trinken, essen oder zu kochen.

our flat share consists of two apartments that are directly above each other in an apartment building,
the first apartment is on the 1st floor, 3 of the 7 residents live here, and we also have a large common room with a kitchen, a bathroom and a guest toilet.
