Großes helles Zimmer in FLINTA*-WG in Offenbach zum 15.01.

Die WG liegt sehr zentral im Senefelderquartier und ist nur 3 Minuten vom Offenbacher Hauptbahnhof und keine 10 Minuten Fußweg von der S-Bahn Station Marktplatz entfernt. Supermärkte wie Rewe, Aldi, Penny und Norma sind jeweils in unter 5 Minuten zu erreichen. Es gibt ein Kellerabteil mit Stauraum und im Hof können Fahrräder abgestellt werden.

The apartment is located in the city center of Offenbach in the neighborhood Senefelderquartier. The walking distance to Offenbach Hauptbahnhof (main station) is 3 minutes and to S-Bahn station Marktplatz 10 minutes. Supermarkets such as Rewe, Aldi, Penny and Norma are in walking distance as well, no more than 5 minutes away.
There is a basement with storage space and bikes can be kept in the courtyard.

Die FLINTA*-WG besteht aus Kim (29) und Debo (32) sowie unseren beiden Katern Ludwig (4) und Heinrich (6).
Kim studiert Soziologie und Gender Studies in Frankfurt, lohnarbeitet als studentische Hilfskraft und ist in queerpolitischen und feministischen Kontexten aktiv. Debo kommt aus Brasilien und lernt gerade Deutsch, um eine Ausbildung beginnen zu können. Wir ernähren uns beide vegan und kochen viel und gerne gemeinsam.
Wir sprechen hauptsächlich Englisch miteinander, versuchen aber mit und für Debos Lernfortschritt mehr und mehr ins Deutsche überzugehen.

Es gibt einen Putzplan und wir legen Wert auf Sauberkeit. Des Weiteren teilen wir Grundlebensmittel und haben dafür eine Haushaltskasse. Wichtig wäre uns noch, dass du auch bereit bist dich mit um die Katzen zu kümmern.

Wir sind in unserer WG politisch interessiert und dulden keinen Sexismus, Homophobie, Rassismus, Antisemitismus, Transphobie o.Ä. Es gibt ein ak (analyse&kritik) und ein der rechte rand Abo.
Wir pflegen einen verantwortungsvollen Umgang mit der Corona-Pandemie und sind doppelt geimpft und geboostert. Das wünschen wir uns auch von unserer neuen Mitbewohner*in.

Our queer FLINTA*-WG consists of Kim (29) and Debo (32) as well as our 2 cats Heinrich (6) and Ludwig (4). Kim is studying Sociology and Gender Studies in Frankfurt and is a student worker there. She is active in queerpolitical and feminist contexts. Debo is from Brazil and is currently learning German, to be able to start a Ausbildung. We are both vegans and enjoy cooking together.
We mainly speak English with each other, but corresponding with Debos learning progress we are trying to switch to German.

We have a cleaning roster and both value cleanliness. In addition, we share basic living supplies and have a Haushaltskasse (household budget), where we each add some money monthly. It is important to us that you are willing to participate in taking care of and being responsible for the cats.

We are politically interested and active and we do not accept sexism, homophobia, racism, antisemtism, transphobia etc. There is an ak (analyse&kritik; left monthly newspaper) and a der rechte rand (antifascist monthly magazine) subscription.
Furthermore, we take the Covid-19-pandemic seriously and are behaving responsibly and solidary. We are vaccinated twice as well as boostered. We wish for the same in our new roommate.

Vor Kurzem haben wir einige Anschaffungen für die WG gemacht, daher berechnen wir einen Abschlag von 100€. In der Miete ist von Gas und Strom über Internet bis GEZ/Rundfunkbeitrag alles enthalten.
Wir würden das erste Kennenlernen zunächst über Zoom machen und wenn wir uns gut verstehen natürlich gerne eine real life Besichtigung mit Maske und Co. ausmachen. Wir freuen uns von dir zu hören!

Because we purchased some things for the apartment, we charge a partial payment of 100€. The rent includes everything from gas and electricity to internet and GEZ/Rundfunkbeitrag.
Due to the ongoing pandemic we would prefer the first meeting to be online via Zoom, with the possibility of real life tour of the apartment with masks and all the other necessary precautions.
