Moin aus dem Dachgeschoss! Hier wird ein wunderschönes Zimmer frei.
Nicht ganz klein, ein paar Schrägen sind dabei, hell ist es tagsüber auch. Das Fenster geht raus Richtung Fußgängerzone, als Frühaufsteher*in scheint einem die Sonne morgens ins Gesicht ;)
Unsere Zimmer grenzen alle an den gemeinsamen, sehr schönen Wohnbereich, in dem sich eine große offene Küche sowie das Ess- und Wohnzimmer befinden. Außerdem haben wir auf der Südseite Richtung Innenhof einen schönen Balkon.
Die Wohnung ist in der Innenstadt gelegen, ganz in der Nähe zum Hafen. Du hast alles, was das Herz begehrt, direkt fußläufig um die Ecke. Ob Späti, Supermarkt, Bushaltestelle, Geschäfte oder Hauptbahnhof, eigentlich geht‘s nicht besser!
Wir, das sind Amaya und Tom und wohnen schon ein bisschen zusammen. Wir halten einen offenen Austausch über Wohnen, Leben, Politik, Drinks, Sport oder den Gossip aus der Uni oder der Kneipe.
Tom studiert, arbeitet hier und da und macht diverse Sportarten.
Amaya ist Tänzerin am Staatstheater und auch sonst in ihrer Freizeit künstlerisch sehr aktiv. Sie kommt aus Frankreich, die Kommunikatuin findest daher ausschließlich auf Englisch statt. Wir versuchen aber beide deutsch sowie Französisch im Alltag einzubringen und zu verstehen.
Wir hängen oft gemeinsam ab, schauen Serien und kochen gemeinsam. Manchmal treibt es uns in die Kneipe um ein paar Drinks zu nehmen.
Es gibt einige Dinge, die im WG-Alltag unvermeidlich sind, wir denken insbesondere daran, sich aktiv einzubringen und mitzuhelfen (z.B. putzen oder andere Haushaltsaufgaben, die anfallen). Wir haben absolut keinen Bock auf jegliche Art von Diskriminierung und fänden es sehr schön, wenn zu diesem Thema auch eine reflektierte Grundhaltung deinerseits vorhanden ist.
Falls du Interesse hast, würden wir uns freuen, wenn du uns einen kurzen aussagekräftigen Text über dich schicken könntest. Über eine Ablöse und ob du eventuell das ein oder andere Möbelstück von unserer jetzigen Mitbewohnerin übernehmen wollen würdest, könnten wir dann noch quatschen!
Hey from the third floor, as my studies are about to finish and I'm leaving my beloved shared flat, my room is up for a fresh start! It's not very small, there are a few slopes, and it's bright during the day. The window looks out towards the pedestrian zone.
Our rooms are all facing the beautiful shared living area, which has a large open kitchen, dining room and living room. We also have a lovely balcony on the south side facing the inner courtyard.
The apartment is located in the city center, very close to the harbour. You have everything your heart desires just around the corner on foot. Whether it's a Späti, supermarket, bus stop, stores or the main train station, it doesn't get any better than this!
You would be living with Tom (26) and Amaya (25). We have an open exchange about living, life, politics, drinks, sport or the gossip from university or the pub. Tom is studying, works in a bar from time to time and loves doing various sports.
Amaya is a dancer and is artistically active. We like to chill out and cook together or sometimes work together at the dining table.
There are a few things that are unavoidable in everyday life in a shared flat, and we're thinking in particular of getting actively involved and helping out (e.g. cleaning or other household tasks that arise). We have absolutely no desire for any kind of discrimination and would like you to have a reflective attitude on this topic.

Mit dem Rad in die uni sind es ca. 10min
Im Ganzen Haus sind WGs, daher kann es an dem ein oder anderen Wochenende auch mal ein bisschen lauter werden. Hält sich aber alles in einem ausgeglichenem Rahmen. :)
