I want to offer my 3 rooms apartment ( 75 square meters ) to be shared to a student .
As I speak the Russian language , I want this room ( 9 sqm ) and the rest of the apartment rent primarily to a student from the Russian-speaking countries , is not familiar with the German language and the circumstances and all associated problems need help .
The apartment is newly built and was first occupied in May 2014 .
It is located in the quiet part of Oldenburg in Krusenbusch the ground floor with large garden and terrace .
