Die Zimmer in unserer WG werden von der GSG vermietet
(www.gsg-oldenburg.de).
Jeder Bewohner schließt einen separaten Mietvertrag mit der GSG ab.
Das frei gewordene WG-Zimmer ist dank eines großen Fensters und weiß gestrichener Wände hell und freundlich. Es befindet sich zum Teil unter Dachschrägen. Der Fußboden ist mit PVC ausgelegt.
Die gemeinsam genutze Küche mit großem Esstisch und Sitzecke dient uns auch als Wohnzimmer.
In unserem Badezimmer ist eine Waschmaschine vorhanden, die du gerne nutzen darfst. Falls du deine Wäsche nicht zum Trocknen in deinem Zimmer aufhängen möchtest: unter dem Dachgeschoss gibt es einen Wäsche-Trockenraum, der von allen Mietparteien im Haus genutzt werden kann.
Im Dachgeschoss steht unserer WG darüber hinaus ein eigener abschließbarer Abstellraum zur Verfügung.
Your room will be rented by the GSG company (www.gsg-oldenburg.de). Everyone has a separate rental agreement. Your room has a big window and its floor is covered with PVC.
Our spacious kitchen with a dining table also serves as our living room.
In our flat there is a washing mashine which you may use. We also dispose of a lockable storage room in the attic.
Den Campus Wechloy der Uni Oldenburg, die Bushaltestelle Pophankenweg sowie LIDL und NETTO erreicht man von unserer WG aus in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß.
The Wechloy university campus and the Pophankenweg bus stop as well as the LIDL and NETTO supermarkets are all within a few minutes walking distance from our flat.
Wir, Matthias (30) und Sébastien (23), suchen eine(n) eher ruhige(n) Mitbewohner(in). Er oder sie sollte, wie wir, Nichtraucher sein.
Natürlich kannst du gerne Freunde zum Feiern einladen, aber wir mögen keine “Disco” in der Wohnung.
Falls du magst, können wir gerne zusammen kochen oder Spieleabende organisieren.
Wir legen Wert auf Sauberkeit, sind aber keine Hygiene- oder Ordnungsfanatiker :)

Of course you may invite your friends, but we don't appreciate loud disco-like parties in our flat.
If you like, we enjoy cooking, making bike trips and playing parlour games together.
We like our flat to be clean but we are NOT perfectionist in matters of tidiness.
