Hallo, wir sind 3 entspannte Jungs (2 informatiker, 1 BWLer :D), die einen weiteren Mitbewohner suchen. Wir vermieten unser ehemaliges Wohnzimmer. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind hier top, die HS Osnabrück ist 7 min mit dem Bus entfernt, die Innenstadt 20 min und die Haltestelle 4 min.
Wir respektieren unsere Privatsphäre und unternehmen aber auch gerne mal was miteinander.
Sind also nicht wirklich verklemmt :D
Man müsste das Zimmer, wenn gewünscht neu tapezieren (Siehe Fotos), UND es müsste dort selbstständig eine eigene Tür besorgt und eingebaut werden.
MIETE: In den Nebenkosten IST bereits Internet (200k) und Strom drin!!!
Das Zimmer ist NICHT möbeliert. Die Objekte vom Foto kommen alle raus!
Spülmaschine und Waschmaschine, sowie eine Mikrowelle, Gefriertruhe, Kaffeemaschine etc. sind alle enthalten. Da wird es euch an nichts fehlen :)
Desweiteren fahren hier regelmäßig Busse und der Rubenbruchsee ist 10 min Fußweg entfernt.
