Die zu vermietenden Zimmer sind zusammen 18 qm groß und teilen sich auf 2 kleine aber helle 9 qm Zimmer auf. Die Wohnung, mit insgesamt 80 qm, befindet sich im Stadtteil Gartlage in einer ruhigen Querstraße zur Liebigstraße im 1.OG.
Die Altbau-Wohnung hat Holzfußboden und ein Bad mit Badewanne. Es gibt eine große Wohnküche samt Spülmaschine, Mikrowelle, Kühlgefrierkombi etc.. Im Keller gibt es einen Waschkeller mit Waschmaschine und Trockenräume. Zur Wohnung gehört auch ein eigener Kellerraum und der Gemeinschaftsgarten kann genutzt werden.
Ich arbeite halbtags und studiere Physik als Zweitstudium. Daher wäre es wünschenswert, wenn Du auch bereits Berufs-, WG- und/oder Studiumserfahrung hast.
