Hallo ihr Lieben,
ich suche eine neue Mitbewohnerin für ein super helles Zimmer ab dem 1 Juli. Es ist eine ruhige lage da sich die Wohnung nicht zur Straßenseite hin befindet. Sie liegt im ersten Stock mit Blick auf den schönen Garten. Das Zimmer hat ca 18qm.Die Wohnung selbst hat 2 Badezimmer, einen kleinen Balkon und eine Küche mit Abstellkammer. Dazu haben wir noch Waschmaschine und eine Spülmaschine.
Die Wohnung kostet 290€ warm. Strom kostet nochmals extra ungefähr 22 Euro und 10 Euro Internet.
Die Wohnung befindet sich im Stadtzentrum und liegt in der Lotter Straße. Man läuft ca. 5 min zum Hegener Tor und 4 Minuten zur Haltestelle. Vor unseren Tür gibts eine Apotheke und ganz in der Nähe sind Edeka, Netto, dm und das Stadt Zentrum,also alles was man braucht. :) Den Westerbegr kann man ganz schnell erreichen, ca 15 Minuten zu Fuß.
