Hier ist ein 11m² großes WG Zimmer in der oberen Etage einer schönen, zentralen Maisonette-Wohnung, welches unterzuvermieten ist. Das freie Zimmer hat ein Dachfenster in Richtung Westen und dementsprechend zwei Dachschrägen. Im Zimmer werden die Möbelstücke da gelassen, um gleich beim Einzug einen wohnlicheren Start zu haben.
Das Zimmer hat einen Vorhang als Tür, da es nicht möglich ist, eine richtige einzubauen. Dafür schließt es direkt an den Abstellraum und den Nebenraum an, welches als Büro genutzt wird. Auch hier werden die Möbelstücke zur freien Nutzung da gelassen.
Die großzügige 80m² Maisonette-Wohnung im 3. OG bietet viel Freiraum für gemeinsame Treffen mit Freunden und Familie an, aber auch Raum für sich allein, wenn man Ruhe braucht. Im unteren Geschoss befindet sich die Küche mit einem Essbereich, das Bad, das Wohnzimmer und das zweite Schlafzimmer. Eine Waschmaschine steht im Keller zur Verfügung.

Here a 11m² bedroom is offered in the upper level of a very central and beautiful maisonette. The room has a "roof window", and thus there are sloping ceilings. All furniture pieces will stay in the room for a comfortable start of living in the shared flat.
It's important to note that the room has a curtain for a door since the installation of a real one is impossible. In return, the room is directly connected to a small storage room and the office. The interior of the office will also stay for your usage.
The generous maisonette of 80m² offers not only a lot of opportunities for hangouts with friends and family, but also room for yourself, whenever you want some privacy. In the lower level of the flat is the kitchen with a dining area, the bathroom, living room, and another bedroom. To do your laundry, there is a washing machine in the cellar.
Die Wohnung ist sehr zentral gelegen im Altstadtteil der Innenstadt. Bushaltestellen in verschiedene Richtungen sind etwa zwei Minuten zu Fuß vom Haus entfernt und auch der Altstadtbahnhof ist direkt um die Ecke. Supermärkte sind in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen und bis in die Innenstadt braucht man keine 10 min. Das Osnabrücker Nachtleben fängt direkt vor der Haustür an, da sich zwei Bars direkt um die Ecke befinden und auch die anderen Bars der Altstadt leicht zu erreichen sind.
Der Caprivi und Westerberg Campus der Hochschule Osnabrück sind sehr leicht mit dem Bus zu erreichen oder in 20 min zu Fuß. Zum Uni-Schloss sind es nur wenige Minuten mit dem Bus oder etwa 15 zu Fuß.

The location of the apartment is very central. Bus stations for different directions are only two minutes on foot and a small train station (Altstadt Bahnhof) is around the corner. Supermarkets are can be found a few minutes away from the apartment and it only takes 10 minutes to reach the city center on foot. Osnabrueck's nightlife starts right in front of the apartment since two bars are at the end of the street. But also other bars are only a few minutes away.
The Caprivi and Westerberg Campus can easily be reached by bus or in about 20 minutes on foot. The University castle is about 15 minutes on foot.
Da meine Mitbewohnerin und ich beide im Wintersemester ein Auslandssemester absolvieren, werden beide Zimmer für die Zeit zur Zwischenmiete angeboten. Deshalb können wir nichts zum WG-Leben sagen...

Both, my flatmate and I have a semester abroad in the following semester. Therefore, both rooms will be vacant during that time and we are not able to say anything about the shared flat life.
In den angegebenen sonstigen Kosten ist alles mit enthalten (TV, Internet, Strom, GEZ).
Es wird noch ein zweites Zimmer bei uns frei, also wenn du mit jemandem zusammen einziehen möchtest, wäre das eine Option. Einfach melden :)
