Das Zimmer wird komplett möbliert übergeben. Für die Möbel wird kein Abschlag fällig.
Das Zimmer ist sehr gemütlich und strahlt durch den rustikalen Holzboden eine angenehme Atmosphäre aus.
Vor allem die Küche bietet genügend Platz, um entspannt zu kochen oder gemeinsam zu verweilen.
Internet etc. ist in den Nebenkosten enthalten.

Die Wohnung befindet sich in der Osnabrücker Wüste. Im direkten Umkreis sind sowohl Supermärkte als auch Kiosk, Apotheke, Bushaltestelle etc. fußläufig gut zu erreichen. Zudem befindet man sich in einem entspannten und jungen Viertel.
