Hallo zusammen, da Zwei meiner sehr netten Mitbewohner im kommenden März (Sommersemester) in verschiedenen Städten zur Unis ausziehen müssen, werden zwei Zimmer frei anzubieten, daher lade ich alle interessierten zukünftigen Mitbewohner zur Besichtigungstermin ein.
**Lu's Zimmer wird Anfang März sofort frei zu belegen und Bommi's etwas später. Jack studiert einen Bachelor in Informatik an der Universität Osnabrück und lebt derzeit in der Wohnung.
Das Haus befindet sich in fußläufiger Entfernung vom Stadtzentrum (10 Minuten), Rosenplatz, eine Minute vom Edeka-Supermarkt und eine Minute von / zur Bushaltestelle entfernt.
Es gibt sofortigen Zugang zu lokalen Annehmlichkeiten, Bars und dem Thai-Restaurant auf der anderen Straßenseite usw. .... Vieles können Sie jedoch selbst herausfinden :) ...
Die Besichtigung erfolgt nur vor einem Termin. Bitte bestätigen Sie dies per Telefon oder E-Mail.

Hi all, since two of my very nice flat-mates have to leave for University the coming March (Summer semester) to different cities, there will be two rooms available to rent, therefore I would like to invite all interested prospective future-housemates to a house viewing date.
**Lu's room will be immediately free at the begining of March and Bommi's a bit later on. Jack is Studying a Bachelors in Computer Science at Osnabrück University and remains currently resident at the flat.
The house ist located at a walkable distance from Town center(10 min), Rosenplatz, a minute a way from Edeka Supermarket and a also minute away from/to the Bus Stop.
**There are immediate access to local amenities Bars and the Thai Restaurant across the street etc .... A lot to find out by yourself though :)...
