Das Zimmer ist ausgestattet mit einem großen Kleiderschrank, einem Bücherregal, einem großen Doppelbett mit Tageslichtlampe und einem kleinen Schreibtisch mit großem curved Monitor. Alle diese Möbel können gerne für die Zeit der Zwischenmiete benutzt werden und ich werde möglichst viel Platz schaffen. Außerdem gibt es zwei Dachschrägenfenster, die für gutes Licht und Durchlüftung sorgen.
The room is furnished with a large closet, a bookshelf, a large double bed with a daylight lamp and a small desk with a large curved monitor. All of this furniture can be used for the duration of the interim rental and I will create as much space as possible. There are also two sloping roof windows that provide good light and ventilation.
Die Lage ist perfekt für Studierende am Westerberg, da dieses Studentenwohnheim wirklich direkt am Campus Westerberg liegt. Man geht auf die andere Straßenseite und ist in der Bibliothek Westerberg. Wenn man 5 Minuten weitergeht kommt man in die schönste Naturgegend in Osnabrück und in den botanischen Garten, und wenn mann noch ein wenig weitergeht oder mit dem Fahrrad fährt kommt schnell und schön zum Rubenbruchsee und zum Wald namens Hegerholz. Außerdem ist man mit dem Fahrrad oder Bus schnell in der Innenstadt, da man nur ein Straße runterfahren muss und die Bushaltestelle noch nicht mal 1 Minute entfernt ist, wo der Bus direkt in die Innenstadt oder zum Bahnhof und Neumarkt fährt.
The location is perfect for students at Westerberg, as this student residence is actually located directly on the Westerberg campus. You walk across the street and you are in the Westerberg library. If you walk 5 minutes further you come to the most beautiful natural area in Osnabrück and the botanical garden, and if you walk or cycle a little further you can quickly and beautifully reach the Rubenbruchsee and the forest called Hegerholz. You can also get to the city center quickly by bike or bus, as you only have to drive down one street and the bus stop is less than a minute away, where the bus goes directly to the city center or to the train station and Neumarkt.
Die Küche ist groß und geräumig und mit allen Küchengeräten und Gewürzen ausgestattet, die man sich erdenken kann, da ich ein leidenschaftlicher Koch bin. Es gibt genug Platz um alle deine Sachen zu lagern und natürlich einen Kühlschrank mit Gefriertruhe. Die anderen drei Mitbewohner sind eher ruhig und nicht so häufig in der Küche, aber sind immer nett und freundlich. Außerdem teilen wir uns zu viert 2 Bäder. D.h. 2 Personen teilen sich ein Bad und die anderen beiden das andere, also teilst du dir dein Bad nur mit deinem Zimmernachbarn Luca :)
The kitchen is large and spacious and equipped with all the kitchen utensils and spices you can think of, as I am a passionate cook. There is enough space to store all your things and of course a fridge with freezer. The other three flatmates are rather quiet and not in the kitchen that often, but are always nice and friendly. The four of us also share 2 bathrooms. This means that two people share one bathroom and the other two share the other, so you only share your bathroom with your roommate Luca :)
Du musst Studierender in Osnabrück sein, da es ein Studentenwerk ist. Da ich für 3 Monate für ein Auslandspraktikum nach Costa Rica fliege, hast du die Chance mein Zimmer für diese Zeit zu benutzen!
You must be a student in Osnabrück, as it is a student union. As I am flying to Costa Rica for 3 months for an internship abroad, you have the chance to use my room for this time!
