Dieses Haus befindet sich in einer ruhigen und friedlichen Gegend, nur 15 Gehminuten vom Stadtzentrum entfernt und ganz in der Nähe des Schlosses. Es handelt sich um eine Wohnung mit zwei Schlafzimmern, einer großen Küche, Bad und WC. Das Zimmer, das ich verlasse, ist das größte Zimmer in dieser Wohnung und ich fühle mich wirklich friedlich darin, aber leider muss ich es verlassen.

This house is located in a quiet and peaceful area, only 15 minutes walk from the city center and very close to the castle. It is an apartment with two bedrooms, a large kitchen, bathroom, and toilet. The room I am leaving is the largest room in this apartment and I really feel peace in it, but unfortunately I have to leave it.
Igor, ein sehr freundlicher und ruhiger Typ, ist ein Student im ersten Semester und versucht, sich auf sein Studium zu konzentrieren.
