Mein Zimmer (ca. 14 qm) im Studentenwohnheim Alte Fabrik steht ab dem 1. März 2020 bis 30.04.2020 zur Untervermietung zur Verfügung. Das Zimmer ist voll möbliert (inklusive Bett, großem Kleiderschrank, Regalen, Schreibtischen, Stühlen, Lampe, Vorhängen). Das Zimmer ist sehr hell und hat ein großes Fenster. Die WG ist international mit insgesamt 4 Personen.
My room(approx. 14 sqm ) situated in Studentenwohnheim Alte Fabrik is available for sublet from 1st March 2020 until 30.04.2020 . The room is fully furnished( includes bed,a large wardrobe,shelves,a table,chair,lamp & curtains). The room is very bright and has a large window. The WG is international with total 4 people.
Die Lage ist einfach perfekt!! Das Stadtzentrum und das Schloss sind ca. 15 Minuten zu Fuß und 5 Minuten mit dem Fahrrad entfernt.
DM, Denn’s Biomarkt, Rewe, Aldi, Apotheke - ist ganz in der Nähe, 2 Minuten zu Fuß . Die Bushaltestelle-Uhlandstraße-, ist nur 3 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt. Es gibt zwei wunderschöne Teiche gleich um die Ecke.
The location is just perfect!! City centre and castle is about 15 minutes by foot and 5 minutes by bike.The university sports centre is less than 2 minutes away by foot. (everything- DM,Bio Dennis,Rewe,Aldi and an apotheke-is really close by).
The bus stop : Uhlandstraße, is just 3 minutes by foot.And there are two beautiful ponds just around the corner.
In der Alten Fabrik gibt es separate Räume für Tischtennis und Waschmaschinen, ebenso wie eine Garage für dein Fahrrad .
In Alte fabrik there are separate rooms for table tennis and washing machines.There is also a garage to keep your bikes safe.
Das gesamte Miete kostet 200 Euro monatlich. nur ist an Studierende zu untervermieten. (Sie können Student an jeder Universität sein - Sie brauchen nur ein Dokument, um zu beweisen, dass Sie Student/in sind)
