I'm moving out of my room in the student dormitory. It is available from the 1st of July, however, it will also be possible to move in earlier if you want. You can rent it as long as you want while you're a student. The room is unfurnished but I'm leaving all my stuff for free so you will have everything you might need at first :) It's a small house with 2 shared apartments. You will share a kitchen with 7 other students and a bathroom with 3. There is additionally a guest bathroom. The room comes with a balcony which you can enjoy all summer, hence, it's a very quiet place and located behind the main road. All expenses (incl. the Internet) are included in the final price. There is also a basement where you can keep some of your stuff, place to park your bike, and car (you will have to get a permit at Studentenwerk).

Ich ziehe aus meinem Zimmer im Studentenwohnheim aus. Es ist ab dem 1. Juli verfügbar, es wird aber auch möglich sein, früher einzuziehen, wenn Sie möchten. Sie können es so lange mieten, wie Sie wollen, solange Sie Student sind. Das Zimmer ist unmöbliert, aber ich lasse Ihnen alle meine Sachen kostenlos, so dass Sie zunächst alles haben, was Sie brauchen könnten :) Es handelt sich um ein kleines Haus mit 2 Wohngemeinschaften. Sie werden eine Küche mit 7 anderen Studierenden und ein Badezimmer mit 3 teilen. Es gibt zusätzlich ein Gästebad. Das Zimmer verfügt über einen Balkon, den Sie den ganzen Sommer über genießen können, daher ist es ein sehr ruhiger Ort und liegt hinter der Hauptstraße. Alle Kosten (inkl. Internet) sind im Endpreis inbegriffen. Es gibt auch einen Keller, in dem Sie einige Ihrer Sachen aufbewahren können, einen Platz zum Abstellen Ihres Fahrrads und ein Auto (Sie müssen eine Genehmigung beim Studentenwerk einholen).

The location is really good. It's 1km away from Universität/Schloss, 2km - Hochschulen Westerberg, 4.6km - Hochschule Haste. The house is in a really quiet place behind the main street and all its traffic. The bus stop is 2 minutes walk away, Netto, DM, and Biomarkt - right in front, REWE, and Aldi - 5 minutes walk, the University Sports Center is right behind. There is also a small park with a pond nearby for a walk or run.
Die Lage ist wirklich gut. Es ist 1km von der Universität/Schloss, 2km - Hochschulen Westerberg, 4,6km - Hochschule Haste entfernt. Das Haus befindet sich an einem wirklich ruhigen Ort hinter der Hauptstraße mit all ihrem Verkehr. Die Bushaltestelle ist 2 Gehminuten entfernt, Netto, DM und Biomarkt - direkt davor, REWE und Aldi - 5 Gehminuten, das Universitätssportzentrum liegt direkt dahinter. Es gibt auch einen kleinen Park mit einem Teich in der Nähe, in dem man spazieren gehen oder laufen kann.

It's a student dormitory so everything is pretty relaxed. There is also a landlord to take care of all your issues.
Es ist ein Studentenwohnheim, also ist alles ziemlich entspannt. Es gibt auch einen Vermieter, der sich um all Ihre Angelegenheiten kümmert.
