Mein Zimmer im Studentenwohnheim der Sedanstraße wird ab 01.03.2022 bis 30.08.2022 frei. Es ist ruhig und hell und hat keine Dachschrägen oder ähnliches. Es handelt sich um ein möbiliertes Zimmer mit WLAN, zusätzlich gibt es einen LAN-Anschluss. Ein Fernsehanschluss ist ebenfalls vorhanden. Das Bad wird zusammen mit einer weiteren Person benutzt (insgesamt sind in der WG zwei Bäder). Die WG hat außerdem einen separaten Kellerraum. Im Haus ist ein Fahrradkeller und ein Waschraum (2 Waschmaschinen und 1 Trockner; gemeinsame Nutzung mit anderen Parteien aus dem Haus). Die WG ist sauber und ordentlich.Direkt neben dem Wohnheim liegt die Hochschule Osnabrück Westerberg, die Mensa und die Bibliothek. Einkaufen ist ebenfalls zu Fuß möglich. Die Bushaltestelle "Campus Wetserberg" ist zu Fuß in ca. 2 Minuten zu erreichen (von dort aus fährt eine Buslinie direkt in die Stadt und zum Hauptbahnhof). Neben dem Studentenwohnheim ist ein großer Parkplatz der Hochschule Osnabrück, auf dem problemlos und kostenlos geparkt werden kann. Zusätzlich gibt es auch eigene Bewohnerparkplätze des Wohnheims.
Das Studentenwerk sieht vor, dass in der WG jeweils 2 Frauen und 2 Männer wohnen sollen. Deshalb wird eine Frau gesucht.
In der monatlichen Warmmiete von 260,00€ ist alles enthalten (Gas, Wasser, Strom, Internet, Waschmaschine, Trockner). Der Vermieter ist das Studentenwerk Osnabrück (https://www.studentenwerk-osnabrueck.de/de/wohnen/wohnanlagen/sedanstrasse-6-16.html)
Eine Immatrikulation an der Hochschule oder Uni Osnabrück ist Pflicht. Eine Besichtigung ist nach Absprache möglich. Der frühste Einzugstermin ist der 01.03.2022. :)

My room in the student residence in Sedanstraße will be available from 01.03.2022 to 30.08.2022. It is quiet and bright . It is a furnished room with Wi-Fi, and there is also a LAN connection. A TV connection is also available. The bathroom is shared with another person (there are two bathrooms in the flat-share). The flat-sharing community also has a separate cellar room. There is a bicycle storage room and a laundry room in the house (2 washing machines and 1 dryer; shared with other parties from the house). The University of Applied Sciences Osnabrück Westerberg, the cafeteria and the library are located right next to the residence. Supermarket is also possible on foot. The bus stop "Campus Wetserberg" is about 2 minutes away on foot (from there, a bus line runs directly into the city and to the main train station). Next to the student residence is a large car park of the Osnabrück University of Applied Sciences, where you can park easily and free of charge. In addition, there are also the residence hall's own resident parking spaces.
The Studentenwerk stipulates that 2 women and 2 men should live in the shared flat. Therefore, we are looking for a woman.
