We offer a stylish, newly furnished shared room in a bright 2-bedroom apartment in Ottobrunn. The apartment is located in a quiet but convenient location. The S-Bahn station is only a 3-minute walk away and offers a direct connection to Munich city center (22 minutes travel time). The Airbus site and the TU Aerospace and Geodesy Campus can be reached by bus in 7 minutes.
The apartment has two separate very big rooms, a shared fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher and refrigerator and a shared bathroom with bathtub, washing machine and dryer. The apartment also has a large balcony and a shared garden that invites you to relax.
In the vicinity of the apartment you will find everything you need for your daily supply: 4 restaurants, pharmacy, doctors, cinema, supermarkets, cafes, bakeries, butcher and optician. The Phönixbad with extended supreme SPA area and the Jochen Schweizer Arena for indoorsurfing and skydiving trainer can be reached by bus in 5-10 minutes.
The apartment is actually in renovations but can be imagined via 3-D model. Furniture style similar as in the attached pictures but not identical!

Gemeinschaftsgarten. 4 Restaurants, Apotheke, Hausärzte, Kino, 2 Supermärkte, Cafés, 2 Bäckereien, Metzgerei, Optiker, Spazierweg in die Natur. Phönixbad mit exklusiver SPA-Landschaft sowie Jochen Schweizer Arena zum Indoorsurfen und Skydiven im Simulator sind mit dem Bus in 10 min erreichbar. Aktuell noch in Sanierung, Planungsfotos anbei.
