Großzügige, voll ausgestattete Wohnküche mit Spülmaschine und Kühlschrank (zusätzliche Kühl-/Gefrierkombination im Keller) sowie Wohnzimmer werden gemeinsam genutzt, ebenso Garten mit Terrassen (Ost und West), zwei Bäder, Waschküche (Waschmaschine und Trockner) sowie Heizraum mit Abstellmöglichkeiten.
Mitgestaltung im Garten ist möglich, gerne können Kräuter oder Blumen angepflanzt werden.
Wir freuen uns auf eine kurze Vorstellung von Dir. Bitte beantwortet vorab Fragen zum Arbeitgeber, Arbeitsort (Adresse) und Hobby wenn Du das Zimmer sehen möchtest. Mindestmietdauer: 6 Monate.

Nicely located flatshare. Individual fully equipped rooms with high-quality furnishings. A personal shared room is on the ground floor with access to the garden, and further rooms are on the upper floor. All rooms have large French windows.
The kitchen with large dinette is fully equipped with stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, water cooker and fridge (a second fridge in the basement). The large living/dining room invites to have a good chat and time together. In the upper floor is a bathroom with shower, bathtub and toilet and in the ground floor is a second bathrooms with shower and toilet. In the basement, a wash-room with washing machine, dryer, space for hanging clothes and a central heating room with spaces for large items are at your disposal. A quiet shared garden with east and west terraces invite you to relax.
It is possible to help design the garden and you are welcome to plant herbs or flowers.

Ottobrunn is located in a privilege area South East of Munich with good public transport:
2 minutes to the public bus and direct bus connection (10 minutes) to the TUM aerospace engineering campus and Airbus or to the U5 subway station, 8 minutes walk to the S-Bahn which takes you in 25 minutes to City Munich Marienplatz.
Grocery and other shops (Edeka, Müller, bakery, etc.) as well as restaurants are close by. There are a lot of leisure activities available (2 public swimming bath in Ottobrunn) and some nice coffee places to go.
