The apartment is freshly renovated, quite big, bright and quiet, and equipped with all the needs, AC, chimney, central heating, terracotta- floors, SAT-TV, one smaller and one bigger terrace for a pleasant stay during the summer.
Rent:
per month 435€
or from two weeks onwards 20 € per day + 30 € final cleaning at the end.
Both plus 200 € deposit.
Your room is fully equipped, and quite charming, with double bed, big closet and commode, AC, central heating, two windows.

Die gesamte Altstad von Palma ist um dich herum, und zum Strand brauchst Du keine 10 Minuten, auch sind alle Geschäfte vom Supermarkt, bis Boutique, von Kneipe zu Restaurant in 5-8 Minuten zu erlaufen
Das großzügige Wohnzimmer mit Kamin verfügt über Klimaanlage Stereoanlage und Fernseher.
Das Esszimmer ist hell und ruhig, die neue Einbauküche mit Geschirrspueler ist echt klasse da macht auch das Kochen spass.
Es gibt auch zwei Terrassen, eine etwas kleinere für das Fruehstueck und eine große abends zum chillen.( Wenn gewünscht
Rauchen ist möglich, bitte aber nur auf den Terrassen.
