Für unsere 4er-Mädchen WG suchen wir eine nette Nachmieterin, die Lust auf eine nette, gepflegte WG hat.
Das Zimmer ist schön geräumig und hell, möbiliert mit Wandschrank, franz. Doppelbett, Schreibtisch, Kommode & Regal.
Die Wohnung verfügt zudem über eine Küche, ein großes Wohnzimmer, kleinen Balkon sowie Coladuria. Es gibt zwei Vollbäder mit Badewanne, die jeweils zu zweit geteilt werden.
Die Wohnung hat eine fantastische Lage, in geflegter Wohnlage, aber fast direkt an den Avenidas zwischen Pla. Espanya und Paseo Mallorca. Sie liegt am Platz des Instituto Balears. Mehrere Buslinien sind bequem zu Fuß erreichbar.
Da wir nicht nur deutsche Mitbewohner haben wäre es super, wenn du auch Spanisch oder zumindest Englisch sprichst.
