Das Zimmer gehört zu einer 3er WG im 8. Stock (mit Aufzug) in Palma.
Beide Bewohner*innen kommen aus Deutschland.
Es gibt ein gemeinschaftliches Wohnzimmer inkl. Tisch zum Lernen, falls benötigt und einem Balkon. Außerdem gibt es eine gemeinschaftliche Küche mit Geschirrspüler und Waschmaschine und Bad.
Sämtliche Möbel gehören zur Wohnung.
Die WG liegt sehr zentral, in 10-15 Minuten ist man zu Fuß an der Kathedrale oder am Strand.
Busanbindungen inkl. Flughafenbus sind nur 2 Minuten entfernt.
Auch verschiede Supermärkte sind schnell zu Fuß zu erreichen.
Gerne haben wir was zusammen unternommen, aber es ist auch genügend Raum für Privatsphäre.
Alle sprechen deutsch und englisch und lernen gerade Spanisch.
Der spanische Vermieter ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit!
