We have a room available with a very spacious closet, a simple bed including the mattress.
The room can be occupied from 21.01.2023.
There are 3 bathrooms for the 4 flatmates. One belongs to Marie and is directly connected to her room. Then there is a small one without a shower, and again the larger one (with a shower in the next room). So the bathroom situation is very relaxed.
The kitchen is so big that you can cook in parallel and don't get in each other's way. Since we have a dishwasher, life in the kitchen is also as uncomplicated as it can be. ✌️
The sunny weather is perfect to savour on the huge balcony area or the light-flooded living room. 🌞
You can't live any better in Palma: 5 minutes away from the language courses at the university, 2 minutes away from all possible bus stops, you live right in the centre and are not far from the bars and clubs. The main train station is a 10-minute walk away.)
Besser kannst du in Palma nicht wohnen: 5 min von den Sprachkkursen der Uni entfernt, 2 min weit sind jeweils alle möglichen Bushaltestellen, du wohnst mitten im Zentrum und hast es auch von den Bars und Clubs nicht weit. Zum Hauptbahnhof sind es 10 min zu Fuß :)
First of all: we are looking for a *longterm* Flatmate! :)
Marie is already working and is the main tenant. She has lived in Palma for many years and knows her way around.
Nargiz is an architect from Belgium and working here in Palma until summer. She loves drawing, taking photos with her camera and admiring the architecture of Palma.
Julie is on the island for her Erasmus year and is accordingly out and about a lot, getting to know the island by bike or on foot hiking.
We are all pretty independent and that makes living together really relaxed :) we would really like to keep that up and are therefore looking forward to new flatmates who naturally keep an eye on things and keep the flat tidy.
We prefer to be loud in bars or clubs than at home - so no parties are started in the flat share. And the very best comes at the end:
The cleaner comes once a week, so apart from a basic order, no regular cleaning duties are distributed. 😍
