Ich vermiete ein schönes Zimmer 20m2 mit eigenes Bad in eine Gemütliche grosse Duplexwohnung in Palma.Die Wohnung ist sehr ruhig gelegen,in der nähe von einem Golfplatz. Es hat seine eigene Garage,ein schönen Patio und eine Dachterrasse mit schönem Ausblick.Der Zentrum von Palma und der Strand sind nur 10 Minuten entfernt.Es gibt eine gute Busanbindung in der nähe,so wie auch verschiedene Geschäfte,Restaurants und Bars.
Das Viertel liegt gerade ausserhalb Palma,ist aber sehr schnell und leicht zu erreichen mit Auto,Bus oder Fahrrad.Das Meer ist nur 10 Minuten entfernt und die Gegend ist sehr Grün und ruhig.
Zur Zeit wohne ich alleine in meiner grosse Wohnung und suche halt eine nette,saubere und verantwortungsvolle nicht Raucherin (auf der Terrasse und im Patio ist es erlaubt zu rauchen)
