In unserem neugebauten Haus vermieten wir 1 Zimmer, es ist ab sofort frei.
Warmmiete beträgt 490 € inkl. Nebenkosten (Strom, Wasser). Küche und Bad werden gemeinschaftlich genutzt. Waschmaschine darf (gegen Gebühr) mitbenutzt werden. Bei Bedarf kann Möblierung (Bett, Schrank, Tisch, Stuhl) von uns ohne Aufpreis gestellt werden. Internetanschluss/Wlan möglich.
Mit dem Rad ist man in 5 min bei Roche oder der Innenstadt, wo es alle Geschäfte zum Einkaufen gibt.

We offer 1 room, available from now.
Rent inlcuding heating, electricity and water is 490 €. Kitchen and bathroom will be shared with others. You can use the washing machine (for a small fee). Bed (with a mattress), chair, table and closet can be borrowed from us at no extra cost. Internet/Wifi-connection is possible.
Roche is close (5 min by bike) also supermarkets and other stores.
