In a very beautiful, green and quiet area. It is a new building with an elevator. Central heating system, heating cost included in the rent.
The apartment is just 2 minutes from the tram stop and 12 minutes from Potsdam Hbf.
The apartment has everything you need for a short stay. The room is equipped with a bed, linen, cupboard, table, chair, lamp, Iron board-Iron, and Laundry basket. The apartment has a shared kitchen with an oven, fridge, and microwave. It has a shared bathroom with a bathtub and washing machine. And also a balcony.
A big and beautiful park is 2 minute walk away.
We are looking for a reliable, clean, responsible person. As we will travel outside Germany for a long time, the entire flat is available to share with one more person. Preference will be given to those who work at least three times a week from the office/Uni and one ready to take the apartment for mentioned time. Please mention this in your message.
Online viewing is possible. We prefer someone to start immediately and take the apartment till the end of June or the beginning of July.

There are supermarkets at 5 mins walk Aldi, rewe, Netto, dm, Bio company. Also you can reach the city center in 5 mins with the tram.
You will share the apartment with one more person. The apartment is quite big with two bedrooms, one living room, kitchen, dining, balcony and bathroom.
We are looking for a responsible, neat and clean person traveling to Berlin or Potsdam for a short visit.
There will be a one-time fee of 50 Euro for cleaning to be paid end of the stay.
