Ich bin Studentin und muss leider mein schönes helles Zimmer in der Nedlitzer Straße verlassen.
Die Lage ist top, viel Grün und 10 min zum See, 2 min zur nächsten Tram, 5 min zu Rewe und DM.
Das Zimmer ist jetzt bereits leer, ich konnte nur noch keine aktuellen Fotos machen.
Der Preis ist hart, dafür kann ich aber nix.
Die beiden Mitbewohner bekommt man kaum mit, sehr ruhige und freundliche Menschen.
Mein Vertrag läuft am 31. März aus, bis dahin würdest du mir 280 Euro Miete als Untermiete zahlen, danach kannst du problemlos in Absprache mit der Verwaltung das Zimmer "offiziell" übernehmen.
ACHTUNG, DU MUSST STUDENT ODER AUSZUBILDENDER SEIN!
