wir suchen eine nette Mitbewohnerin für unser freies Zimmer. Das Zimmer ist 9 qm groß und im Moment stehen zwei Kommoden ein Schreibtisch mit Stuhl und ein Hochbett darin. Die Einrichtung kann je nach Wunsch angepasst werden. Wir sind ein Student und ein Berufstätiger sitzen gerne mal beisammen und quatschen, aber es gibt auch für jeden genug zeit sich zurück zu ziehen. In der Wohnung gibt es eine voll ausgestattete Küche ( bis auf einen Geschirrspüler), sowie ein neues Bad.

we are looking for a nice roomate for our free room. The room has 9 sqm. At the moment there are two chest of drawers, a desk and a loft bed in the room. The furniture can be changed according to your wishes. the flat has a fully equipped kitchen (except of a dish washer), a newly refurbished bath room as well as a balcony (reachable through one of the otheers roomates room).
Die Wohnung liegt an der Zeppelinstrasse etwas nach hinten versetzt, wodurch der Lärm der Strasse draußen bleibt ;-). Strassenbahn und Bus fahren direkt vor der Tür und der Bhf. Charlottenhof (RE nach Berlin) ist 3 min entfernt. In unmittelbarer Umgebung befindet sich der Späti, ein Döner, Getränkeshop, Bioläden, Supermärkte und einige gemütliche Bars.
the flat is located on Zeppelin street, where you have Tram and bus in front of the door and the railwaystation "Charlottenhof" with direct connection to Berlin is just a 3 minute walk away.
In the neighboorhoud you can find some bars, some wholefood shops, super markets and a so called "Späti" (Late shop).
Wir sitzen gerne mal zusammen kochen was und sitzen zusammen oder schauen einen Film. Es gibt aber auch genug Freiraum sich zurück zu ziehen.
We like to sit and cook together or watch a movie, but everybody gets enough privacy.
Kurzzeitmiete bzw. befristete Miete ist willkommen.
Shortterm rent is possible too.
