I'm an Indian male student enrolled at Potsdam University. Age: 22

I'm looking for an accommodation of any type within the budget of 300€ to 450€ Maximum- warm rent in Potsdam or south-west of Berlin from 1st of June

With Anmeldung (if it's for long term) and without anmeldung (if it's for short term)

Rent is negotiable - depending on the location

I have sufficient funds to pay rent timely
I don't smoke/drink or do parties
I don't have a pet
I'm a neat, tidy and a friendly person.
I love traveling, walking in nature, hiking
I'm a bit introvert at first but I also like to talk to new people.
I cherish and respect meaningful friendships.
I love spending time with people, getting to know their stories but I also need alone time every now and then.
