Das Zimmer ist sehr groß und hell mit einem tollen, neuen Boden. Die Wohnung hat noch ein großes, helles Wohnzimmer mit kleinem anschließendem Balkon sowie einer großen Küche. Die Wohnung hat viel Platz mit extra Abstellraum sowie einem Kellerraum, Fahrradkeller und vielem mehr.
Außerdem liegt die Wohnung absolut perfekt in Ravensburg. Von hier aus sind es 2 Gehminuten auf den Marienplatz und mit dem Fahrrad ca. 10 Minuten nach Weingarten.
