Mein Name ist Alex (m) und ich wohne seit 7 Jahren in dieser Wohnung mit meinen Kindern. Meine Kinder gehen ein halbes Jahr zu ihrer Mutter und deshalb vermiete ich ihre zwei Zimmer, also zwei neue Mitbewohner. Ich selbst werde in dieser Zeit viel Reisen und die ersten 2-3 Monate nicht selbst mit in der Wohnung leben. Deshalb suche ich Mitbewohner, die recht eigenständig und verlässlich sind. In der Wohnung sind Kleintiere (Katze oder Hund bis max 50 cm Schulterhöhe) kein Problem und da ich selbst einen Hund (Pudel) habe, solltest Du keine Tierhaar-Allergien haben.

My children are going to live with their mother for six months and that's why I'm renting out their two rooms, i.e. two new roommates. I will be traveling a lot during this time and won't be living in the apartment for the first 2-3 months. That's why I'm looking for roommates who are quite independent and reliable. Small animals (cats or dogs up to a maximum of 50 cm shoulder height) are no problem in the apartment and since I have a dog (poodle) myself, you shouldn't have any animal hair allergies.
Wir müssen die WG selber sauber halten, oder wir suchen eine Putzfrau und teilen uns die Kosten. Treppenhaus wird geputzt.
We have to keep the shared apartment clean ourselves, or we can find a cleaning lady and share the costs.Stairwell is being cleaned.
