Hello ihr Lieben,
ich suche eine neue liebe Mitbewohnerin für meine 2er WG.
Kurz vorab die wichtigsten Infos:
Mein Name ist Annika,ich bin 20 Jahre alt und studiere im 3.Semester BWL.
Die Wohnung befindet sich in der Regensburger Innenstadt (Am Ölberg).
In unmittelbarer Nähe sind super viele süße Cafés und Bars. Außerdem ist man in 2 Minuten am Bismarckplatz.
Busanbindung ist auch schnell erreichbar.
Die Wohnung selbst ist im 2. Stock, super groß und hell beleuchtet.
Die Küche ist groß und hat nebenan ein kleines Esszimmer.
Dein zukünftiges Zimmer ist circa 22qm groß und hat 2 Fenster zur Straße raus.
Ich komme ursprünglich aus Ingolstadt und studiere seit Oktober 23 in Regensburg.
Aufgrund meines zeitaufwendigen Studiums und da ich reitsport betreibe bin ich viel unterwegs, liebe es aber gemeinsam abends zu kochen, Serie zu gucken oder was zu unternehmen.
Mir persönlich ist es wichtig, dass wir uns gut verstehen und gleiche Interessen haben. Sauberkeit hat bei mir eine sehr hohe Priorität.
Wenn du auch auf Sex and the City,tee und kreative Aktivitäten stehst, kann gar nichts schief gehen ☀️
