Servus, a room in a shared apartment will be vacant and to be rented from August 2021. The room is on the 1st floor of a family house. The house with over 145 m2 is located in the west of Regensburg. It is in a very good and quiet location and has 5+ rooms. The room that is available has about 15 square meters. It already has a bed (90x200cm), a table and chair, a wardrobe and a shelf.
The kitchen is fully equipped with a large refrigerator. Washer and dryer can be used in the basement for a small fee.
There are good connections to public transport. You can choose between bus lines 6 and 11. These buses run every 10 minutes on weekdays. The old town can be reached in 10 minutes by bike. There is also a direct connection to the motorway.
Supermarket (Netto) can be reached on foot in just 3 minutes. Other options (Rewe and Norma) can be reached within 10 minutes. You can reach the Danube within a few minutes and you can cycle, jog, walk along the Danube, or relax on the Schillerwiese in the Danube Park.
Short term such as intern and international student are also welcomed. If you are interested please write me about yourself and your experience living in WG (if any).
