das Zimmer ist möbliert, es gibt zwei 90 cm Betten und einen Schrank und auch sonst sind alle möglichen Möbel bereits vorhanden in der Wohnung
es gibt eine voll eingerichtete Küche, Waschmaschine, Trockner, WLAN
direkt am See auf der Insel Reichenau, Supermarkt, Bäcker und auch sonstige Infrastruktur sind auf der Insel vorhanden, mit dem Auto sind es 10 min nach Konstanz, mit den Öffentlichen etwas länger und mit dem Rad circa 30 bis 45 Minuten
ich wohne zur Zeit alleine hier, kurz zu mir, ich bin 22 Jahre alt, Sportstudentin an der Uni Konstanz, also meistens sportlich unterwegs und unternehmungslustig aber auch für Bier und sonstige Nettigkeiten zu haben, ich bin sehr spontan und oft unterwegs
keine Partys erlaubt und auch laute Abende führen etwas zum Unverständnis der anderen Hausbewohner:O
ich suche nach Jemandem, der entspannt, aufgeschlossen, gesellig und offen ist
bezüglich Fomalitäten, Mietvertrag ja? nein? bitte ich um Kontaktaufnahme
