ich werde am 28.02.10 ausziehen und suche einen Nachmieter.
Dies ist eine 4er WG (w/m/m). DIe Wohnung ist circa 90 m2 groß mit großem Flur, Küche und Bad mit Badewanne. Sie liegt direkt in Remagen City. Mit dem Fahhrad nur 7 Minuten zur FH und der Bahnhof und die Einkaufsstrasse liegt direkt vor der Tür.
Mein Zimmer hat circa 20 m2 und einen eigenen Balkon. Durch die großen Fenster ist das Zimmer sehr hell.
In der Küche ist alles vorhanden, sogar eine Spülmaschine.
Die Warmmiete beträgt 300€ zuzüglich Strom und Internet.
