Ab Mitte Oktober wird ein gemütliches Zimmer in unserer 3-er WG frei. Das Zimmer ist sehr großzügig und hell, zur Verdunklung gibt es Rollläden. Wenn Du eine Person bist, die sich im höheren Semester befindet oder auch berufstätig bist, dann melde Dich gern. Das Zimmer wird ab dem 15.Oktober frei ggf. in Absprache auch zu einem früheren Zeitpunkt.
Gegen eine Ablösesumme möchte ich gern folgende Möbel an den Nachmieter übergeben: Bett inkl. Lattenrost ohne Matratze, Sofa (Schlaffunktion und zusätzlicher Stauraum), Schrank, Gardinenstangen & Gardinen.
Super zentral, circa 1 Minute bis zum Bahnhof, 5 Minuten bis zum Rhein, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind fußläufig oder mit dem Fahrrad sehr gut erreichbar.
Ungezwungen, ruhig, entspannt und mit Altbaucharme.
