Das großzügige Badezimmer mit Dusche, WC und Badewanne wid mit den anderen Zimmern geteilt. Es gibt auch ein extra WC eine Etage darunter neben der Waschküche mit Waschmaschine und Trockner die auch zur WG gehören.
Die Küche ist komplett ausgestattet mit Herd, Kühl-u. Gefrierschrank, Spülmaschine, Wasserkocher , Geschirr, Besteck und vielem mehr. Im großzügigen Flur / Treppenhaus ist Platz für einen gemeinsamen Esstisch.

The bright room (B) is newly renovated and has a view of the Rhine, the jetty and the Erpelerley. You can get to Bonn using the RB30, RE5, and RB48.
Included is a bed 140 x 200m, a closet with 1.20 m width, a desk with office chair, a small shelf, a bedside table with drawer and a cozy sofa.
The spacious bathroom with shower, WC and bathtub is shared with the other rooms. There is also an extra toilet one floor below next to the laundry room with washing machine and dryer which also belong to the shared apartment.
The kitchen is fully equipped with stove, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, kettle, crockery, cutlery and much more. There is space for a communal dining table in the spacious hallway / stairwell.
Das Haus befindet sicht direkt am Rhein, neben einem Restaurant. Der Weg zum Bahnhof Remagen sind keine 5 Minuten, Alle Geschäfte in der Innenstadt Remagen, wie Bäcker, Restaurants, Lebensmittelgeschäfte, Eiscafe usw. sind fußläufig in 3 Minuten zu erreichen.
