Ich, weiblich, bin 42 Jahre alt und suche eine/n Untermieter/in für eine 2er WG in Remscheid (Bliedinghausen). Ich wohne/arbeite (selbstständiges Dekorationsunternehmen) in einer alten Patriziervilla mit meinen Rodesian Rüden und suche jemanden, der auch arbeiten/wohnen unter einem Dach haben möchte. Die Bürofläche, ca. 15m² kommen mit 11,-EUR/m², zzgl. NK/sonstige Kosten, zzgl. MwSt. noch hinzu.
Wir würden uns die Küche teilen, eine zweite gibt es auch im Büro (2 Etage) und den grossen Garten würde ich auch mitnutzen lassen. Vielleicht kommen Sie/kommst Du einfach mal vorbei, nachdem wir miteinander telefoniert haben.
