Gesucht ist ein Zwischen-/Nachmieter für ein Zimmer im Studentenwohnheim Adolf-Reichwein Haus in der Zeit vom 1.Juni 2013 - 31. August 2013. Das Zimmer befindet sich im 2. Stock des Hauses und ist somit sowohl per Aufzug, als auch zu Fuß bequem erreichbar. Neben Bett und Schreibtisch kommt das Zimmer mit einem Regal, einem Kleiderschrank, Stuhl, Waschbecken und Waschbeckenschrank und ist damit komplett bezugsfertig. Zum 1.9. wird das Zimmer neu vergeben und es besteht somit die Chance, dass es gleich weiter übernommen werden kann (diese Entscheidung liegt beim Vermieter). Die Miete von 210 Euro beinhaltet alle Nebenkosten und unbegrenzten Internetzugang.

It is a single room in the "Adolf-Reichwein" student dorm, on offer for an interim tenant June 1 - August 31 2013. The room is located in the 2nd floor, thus comfortably accessible via the elevator as well as the stairs. It comes fully furnished with a bed, large desk, shelves, wardrobe and washbasin. My contract for the room ends in August, therefore there is a chance that you can keep the room (up to landlord). The rent is €210 per month and includes all utilities and unlimited high-speed internet access.
Das Studentenwohnheim ist de facto Teil des Campus der Uni Reutlingen. Sämtliche Hörsäle sind in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Die Bushaltestellen der Linien 4 und 11 sind ca. 100m entfernt und bieten eine Anbindung in die Innenstadt im 10-Minuten Takt. Die nächsten Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in etwa 3-5 Minuten Fußweg zu erreichen.

The dorm is on-campus at Reutlingen University. All lecture halls can be reached in a few minutes. Busses connect you to downtown Reutlingen every 10 minutes. The bus stop is literally 100m away. Supermarkets are about a 3-5 minute walk.
Alle Bewohner des Stockwerks sind Studenten. Wer Lust hat trifft sich hin und wieder zum Stockwerksdinner. Alles in allem gestaltet sich das Zusammenleben sehr unkompliziert.

We are all students. Social life concentrates in the kitchen, that is also fitted with a couch and TV-set. Everybody is really easy-going.
