20 sq m room in shared flat close to the University
Hello everyone,
We are looking for someone to live in a shared flat with 3 rooms in Reutlingen.
The room is really big and bright, and it even features a balcony to enjoy the sunny evenings. Unfortunately, the room is going to be unfurnished. You can bring your own furniture, or alternatively Ikea would do the job ;).
Last but not least, you shouldn't worry about anything since the flat already has everything you need (washing machine, dishwasher...).
The location is perfect for those studying at the University of Reutlingen (10min by foot). Bosch's Reutlingen headquarters are only 5 minutes away. The city center is only 15min by foot or 5min if you decide to ride with the bike. There are a few supermarkets near the flat and even some nice places to go jogging.
Nico and I (Diego) are both students and we usually cook together in the evening or just have a chat every now and then. Note that smoking is NOT allowed in the flat as there are smoke detectors installed across the apartment.
