Wichtig: Du musst eingeschriebener Student sein, um das Zimmer mieten zu können.
Du wohnst zusammen mit einer älteren Dame, die getrennt wohnt und das Bad und Küche mitbenutzt.
Über und unter der Wohnung sind jeweils eine weitere Studenten-WG mit je 3 Personen.
Das Zimmer ist sehr geräumig und wird ohne Möbel vermietet.
Bett inkl Matratze und Schubladen, sowie Kleiderschrank können gegen Ablösung übernommen werden (siehe Fotos).
Wir haben eine voll ausgestattete Küche mit Herd, Ofen, Mikrowelle, Kühlschrank, Gefrierschrank, Spülmaschine, Töpfe, Geschirr, ... brauchst nichts mitzubrigen. :)
Das Bad besitzt eine Dusche mit verstellbarem Kopf.
Im Keller gibt es eine Waschmaschine zur Mitbenutzung und Platz für ein Fahrrad.
Bei der Wohnung dabei ist ein DSL-Vertrag mit 50MBit/s für 37,03€/Monat ("sonstige Kosten") und WLAN-Router, der bis 03.09.2021 läuft.
Den Vertrag würde ich auf dich umschreiben, so hast du sofort einen eigenen Anschluss. (Kosten können evtl. mit anderen Hausbewohnern geteilt werden.)

Important: You need to be an enrolled student to rent this room.
You will live together with an elderly lady, who lives seperatedly and shares the bathroom and kitchen.
Below and above the apartment is another shared flat each of 3 students.
The rooms is very spacious and for rent without furniture.
The bed including the matress and drawers, as well as the wardrobe can be adopted by paying a compensation.
We possess a well appointed kitchen containing stove, microwave oven, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, pans, dishes ... you don't have to bring a thing. :)
The bathroom is endowed with a shower with adjustable shower head.
The basement contains a washing machine accessible for everyone and offers enough space for a bicycle.
The apartments comes with a DSL contract with 50MBit/s for 37,03€/month ("sonstige Kosten") and WiFi router, which will be active until September 3rd, 2021 and you can directly use it (cost can possibly be shared with other habitants of the building).

Bus stop is virtually in front of the door. By foot, university is 15min away

Besichtigungen nach Vereinbarung jederzeit möglich.
Online-Besichtigungen möglich, aber nur als vorläufige Besichtigung, da die Vermieterin eine Selbstvorstellung wünscht.
