*English version below* Zwei Zimmer in einem zur WG umfunktionierten Einfamilienhaus mit riesigem Garten zu vermieten. Die Zimmer müssen vor Einzug neu gestrichen werden, sind aber ansonsten in einem sehr guten Zustand. Das Schlafzimmer befindet sich in ruhiger, straßenabgewandter Lage während dass Wohn-/Arbeitszimmer einen schönen Blick auf den Garten ermöglicht. Der Boden wurde vor ca. 10 Jahren neu gemacht, in der gesamten Wohnung wurden neue Heizkörper verbaut. Beide Badezimmer sind frisch Teilrenoviert, die Küche wurde komplett neu eingebaut und ist das Schmuckstück des Hauses.
Two rooms for rent in a family house converted into a shared apartment with a huge garden. The rooms need to be repainted before moving in, but are otherwise in very good condition. The bedroom is located in a quiet area away from the street while the living/study room has a nice view of the garden. The floor was redone about 10 years ago and new radiators were installed throughout the apartment. Both bathrooms are freshly partially renovated, the kitchen was completely rebuilt and is the jewel of the house.

The property is located 10 minutes walk from the train station in a quiet location. Several supermarkets are also within 10-15 minutes walking distance. The city center can be reached in 15 minutes on foot.
Das Haus ist in Besitz meiner Oma und wird von mir Untervermietet. Ich bin ein sehr sauberer Mitbewohner der nur Mitbewohner*innen sucht, die ebenfalls einen hohen Standard auf Sauberkeit legen. Ansonsten bin ich ein sehr sozialer Mensch, der oft Freunde und Bekannte in die Wohnung einlädt. Selbstverständlich habe ich kein Problem damit, wenn das auch andersherum mal der Fall ist!
The house is owned by my grandmother and is sublet by me. I am a very clean flatmate who is only looking for flatmates who also have a high standard of cleanliness. Otherwise, I am a very social person who often invites friends and acquaintances to the flat. Of course, I don't have a problem if this is also the case the other way round!
