Ich suche einen Nachmieter für ein tolles Zimmer mit Stuck und quadratischem Grundriss im 1.OG eines teilsanierten Altbaus. In dem Zimmer ist fast alles neu gemacht worden, es ist sehr hell und super ruhig dort.
Das Zimmer kann gegen eine Gebühr von 20€ auch möbliert gemietet werden, sollte das gewünscht sein.
Das Bad und die Küche sind komplett neu gestaltet und wurden saniert.
Da ich die Wohnung gerne schnell anderweitig vermieten würde, wäre ich bereit 100€ pro Monat zur Miete des Zimmers beizutragen bis mein alter Vertrag am 30.09.2024 endet. Danach würde sich die Miete entsprechend auf 430€ kalt + 70€ Nebenkosten erhöhen, sollte sich zu einer Verlängerung des Zimmers entschieden werden.
Kommt doch gerne einfach mal vorbei und schaut euch um :).

I am looking for a new tenant for a great room with stucco and a square floor plan on the 1st floor of a partially renovated old building. Almost everything in the room has been redone, it is very bright and very quiet.
The room can also be rented furnished for a fee of 20€, should that be desired.
The bathroom and kitchen have been completely redesigned and renovated.
Since I would like to rent the apartment to someone else quickly, I would be willing to contribute 100€ per month to the rent of the room until my old contract ends on 30.09.2024. After that, the rent would increase accordingly to 430€ cold + 70€ service charges, should the decision be made to extend the room.

Ruhig und idyllisch gelegen in einer Seitenstraße - und doch ist man in ein paar Gehminuten in der Stadtmitte von Reutlingen, beim Kino, beim Achalmbad, KSK, Polizei, Stadtpark, Fitnessstudio ( https://maps.app.goo.gl/LfhXCJjF9sMhEQ589 ) und REWE.
Die Lage ist auch super für Fh-ler.
Im Garten gibt es einen schönen Grillplatz mit Bierbänken und -tisch.
Waschmaschine und Trockner im Waschraum können gerne kostenlos mitbenutzt werden.

Quiet and idyllic location in a side street - and yet it is only a few minutes' walk to the center of Reutlingen, the cinema, Achalmbad, KSK, police, city park, fitness studio (https://maps.app.goo.gl/LfhXCJjF9sMhEQ589) and REWE.
The location is also great for students.
In the garden there is a nice barbecue area with beer benches and table.
Washing machine and dryer in the laundry room can be used free of charge.
Aktuell wohnen 3 andere Studenten in der WG, die wirklich super nett sind und mit denen man gerne auch mal etwas zusammen unternehmen kann, wenn man das möchte. Es wird auch regelmäßig mal in der Küche geschwatzt oder mal gemeinsam gegessen. Trotzdem respektiert jeder die Grenzen des anderen und lässt einen in Frieden, wenn man mal gerade nicht so gesprächig ist :).

There are currently 3 other students living in the shared flat who are really super nice and you can do things together with them if you want to. We regularly chat in the kitchen or eat together. Nevertheless, everyone respects each other's boundaries and leaves you in peace if you're not so talkative :).
Mindestmietdauer bis 30.09.2024, sehr gerne aber auch viel länger.
