Das Zimmer ist super modern mit Parkettboden, großem Bett und einem Fenster mit bestem Blick auf die (zugegebenermaßen nicht gerade sehenswerte) Reutlinger Innenstadt. Es ist nicht das allergrößte, hat aber definitiv Platz für alles und ist komplett möbliert mit Bett, Schrank, Schreibtisch, Stuhl, Kleiderstange und Kommode. Die Möbel sind natürlich alle im Mietpreis erhalten und müssen nicht abgelöst werden.
The room is super modern with parquet flooring, a large bed and a window with the best view of the (admittedly not exactly worth seeing) Reutlingen city center. It's not the biggest, but definitely has space for everything and is fully furnished with a bed, wardrobe, desk, chair, clothes rail and chest of drawers. The furniture is of course all included in the rental price and does not have to be replaced.

Die Lage hätte nicht besser sein können. Die Bushaltestelle ist genau vor der Haustür und ein Supermarkt eine Ecke weiter maximal eine Gehminute entfernt. Die Innenstadt ist 5-10 Gehminuten entfernt, der Hauptbahnhof ca. 20. Für Sportler gibt es einen Fußballplätze, der 8 Gehminuten entfernt ist und das McFit ist 5 Gehminuten entfernt.
Die WG liegt im Dachgeschoss (3. Stock) eines renovierten Altbaus und ist sehr hell durch zahlreiche Fenster. In dem Haus sind vier WGs mit insgesamt ungefähr 15 Bewohner*innen.
Unsere WG verfügt über eine moderne Küche mit Spülmaschine und einem modernen Bad mit großer Dusche.
The location is just perfect. There's a bus stop right outside the front door and a supermarket at a minute by foot. The city center is a 5-10 minute walk away, the main train station about 20. For sports enthusiasts there is a soccer pitch at a distance of 8 minutes and the local gym at 5 minutes by foot.
The apartment is on the top floor (3rd floor) of a renovated old building and is very bright thanks to numerous windows. There are four shared flats in the building with a total of around 15 residents.
Our shared flat has a modern kitchen with a dishwasher and a modern bathroom with a large shower.

Die WG besteht im Moment aus 2 Studenten der ESB, einer 21 jährigen Italienerin und einem 24 jährigen Deutschen. Wir sind sehr tolerant einander und geben jedem den Platz und die Zeit, die man benötigt. Trotzdem sind wir oft auch sehr gesellig und setzen uns auf ein Glas Rotwein zusammen.
There's currently 2 flatmates in the apartment, a 21-year-old Italian girl and a 24-year-old German boy. We are very tolerant of each other and give everyone the space and time they need. Nevertheless, we are often quite sociable and sit down together for a glass of red wine.
